Well having spent money on Real Player and also upgraded I too join the long queue of people unable to download and convert Mp4 videos from You Tube.I have done everything that has been suggested in mails over the last months and still unable to sucessfully download on any of my three computers. of course non Mp4 continue downloading and converting in the normal manner.When oh when will this be solved?
